Thank you for shopping at ZOLI Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Any tags, labels, or accessories must still be attached.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Opened health, beauty, or hygiene products (if applicable)
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at jenny@zoliusa.com with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return approval.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
